This is a great site. You can look up foods and such for free and if you really get motivated, they have a paid program you can sign up for that keeps track of it all, motivates you, sets goals, etc...
It's probably similar to the Weight Watchers program, but might be simpler and cheaper.
I've been using their paid program for a month or two now and it's been VERY beneficial. It's really interesting to find out how many ancillary calories you eat when you're keeping track.
